About Rattling Noise on non-driveside crankarm of IDS24 Series.

Dear customer

We have received many inquiries about rattling noises on non-driveside (left) crankarm of the IDS 24 series (such as OX2 and SG75DD2).

If the crank has rattles, please check the washers under the clamp bolts. The clamp bolts are loosely installed, which frees up enough space for the washers to rattle around.
So, the rattling noise will be eliminated after the crank is installed.
The crank is not hollow. It is impossible to have a loose material inside the crank arm.

The clamp bolts are loosely installed to the left crank when you receive. However, if the axle cannot fit in the left crank hole, loosen the clamp bolts, and then start the installation.
